Rufat Manafov, FRM, serves as the Head of Risk Management at PMD Group LLC since October 2022 and holds a position as a Lecturer at UNEC Business School since September 2021. Previously, Rufat Manafov worked at Bank Respublika OJSC from November 2017 to October 2022, where roles included Deputy Director of the Risk Management Department and Head of both Credit Risk Management and Loans Analysis Divisions. Prior to that, Rufat Manafov was with AccessBank Azerbaijan from September 2010 to November 2017, starting as a Loan Officer and advancing to various specialist roles in risk management. Rufat Manafov has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Azerbaijan State Economic University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics from Baku State University.
