Jerry Noble, MBA, CTCM, ITIL, LSSWB has over 19 years of work experience, starting with their role as Director of Information Technology, Data Center Operations, and Security at Americo Financial Life and Annuity from October 2000 to June 2003. Jerry then served as the Director of Information Technology and Security at Veritrust Financial Services from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they joined the Texas Department of Information Resources as an Account Manager for Data Center Services and Security, where they worked until April 2014. Afterward, they became the Fiscal Management CAPPS and PeopleSoft Security Coordinator at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts from May 2014 to May 2018. Recently, Jerry has been working as a Project Manager at PMCS Services since June 2019.

Jerry Noble obtained a B.S. from Saint Edward's School. Jerry later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their formal education, Jerry has obtained several certifications including: Certified Texas Contract Manager from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, ITIL Foundation Level Certification from the ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level, LBJ School Executive Leadership in Information Technology (ELITE) from The LBJ School of Public Affairs, LBJ School Governor's Development Program from The LBJ School of Public Affairs, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute (MSI), and Telecommunications Management Certification from The University of Dallas.
