Nia Razmadze is an experienced professional in international development and project management, currently serving as an Assistant Expert at the Policy and Management Consulting Group (PMCG) since August 2021. In this role, Nia contributes to the EU Framework projects and manages activities associated with technical assistance. Previously, Nia held positions including EU Projects Officer at the Georgia Red Cross Society and International Relations Manager at Enterprise Georgia, where responsibilities included donor coordination and promotion of SME support initiatives. Nia’s early experience includes an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and a Program Manager role at the Eurasia Partnership Foundation. Nia holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer and a Bachelor's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from the International Black Sea University.
