Joe Berardi, PMP has over thirty years of experience in project management and EDI. Joe began their career in 1988 as a Demand Planning Analyst and Inventory Analyst at Unisys. In 1990, they moved to Panasonic USA as a Business Analyst. In 1991, they joined Mazda North American Operations as a Senior Buyer. In 1995, they moved to Borders as a Financial Business Analyst. In 1997, they joined ITT Automotive as a Systems Support Analyst. In 1999, they joined pmc America as an EDI Consultant, where they served as the EDI subject matter expert on multiple concurrent client projects. Joe was later promoted to Senior EDI Consultant, Consulting Manager - Data Integration and Support, and Director of Business Transformation. In these roles, they provided strategic direction and tactical support to project management professionals and EDI professionals, oversaw projects to ensure achievement of all key objectives while adhering to PMC methodology, coached and mentored team members, managed cross-functional teams of consultants, and led daily tactical operations.

Joe Berardi, PMP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University between 1983 and 1987. Joe also holds the Project Management Professional certification.
