Stephen Rusteika, CSL, MCPPO, M.ASCE has extensive experience in the civil engineering field, currently serving as the Executive Director at PMA Consultants. Previously, Stephen held the position of Past President at the Boston Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and worked as a Senior Project Manager at the City of Boston Public Facilities Department. Stephen is highly skilled and oversees professionals providing Owner's Project Management services to a variety of clients in the Greater Boston area. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
