Ed Whelan is a managing director at PMA Consultants since January 1997. Prior to this, Ed held the title of Lieutenant at the US Navy from June 1990 to January 1997. Ed earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1991, after completing their education at Boston University from 1986 to 1989.
