Dax currently leads the Midwest business unit, which comprises two operations groups: the Chicago office and PSEG. Dax has significant experience in program and project management, with an emphasis on planning and development, project delivery, project controls, and green design and construction. As Chief Knowledge Officer, Dax made enduring contributions in governance and continuous improvement, creating company-wide initiatives to grow and share knowledge for the mutual benefit of clients, employees, and the organization. He designed and deployed enterprise strategies that include creating a digital knowledge base, providing internal training and continuing education resources, and forming an organizational framework for knowledge leadership.
