Michael T. Kulka, P.E., is the Owner/Founder and CEO of PM Environmental, Inc., where responsibilities include serving as National Environmental Due Diligence Manager since April 1992. Prior to this role, Michael was the Principal Engineer of Business Development at STS Consultants from March 1989 to April 1992, contributing to large-scale hydrogeological site investigations at various industrial facilities. Additionally, Michael worked as a Technician II at NTH Consultants, Ltd. in June 1989, focusing on building and roofing quality control inspections. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
