Francesca Bandelli currently serves as the Marketing Director for Czech Republic and Slovakia at Plzeňský Prazdroj since August 2023. Prior to this role, Francesca held the position of Marketing and Innovation Director at Birra Peroni from August 2018 to August 2023, where contributions included leading business strategy development for premiumization. Francesca's experience also encompasses a Marketing Director role at Puratos, focusing on UK vision and strategy, and various marketing positions at Kellogg Company, including Senior European Marketing Manager, where Francesca directed the European strategy for Kellogg's All Bran. Francesca began their career at Reckitt Benckiser Italia SpA and Energizer Holdings as a Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager, respectively. Francesca holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business from the University of Lecce, Italy, and a Marketing Master's from Watson Wyatt Isso.
