Scott Conley has a diverse work experience. Scott started their career as an Engineering Intern at Auto Research Center in May 2013. Scott then worked as an Engineering Technician at Polymer Technology Systems, Inc. from September 2013 to December 2013. In January 2014, they joined Hoosier Racing Tire Corp. as a Tire Engineer and stayed with the company until October 2022. Currently, since November 2022, they hold the position of Senior Process Engineer at Plymouth Tube Company.

Scott Conley attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2008 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
