Erin Jacobs currently serves as the Agency and Sales Operations Manager at Plymouth Rock Assurance, where leadership of a team focused on operational and sales support for business development and independent insurance agency partners occurs. Responsibilities include managing agency commissions, optimizing workflows, and spearheading efficiency initiatives. Previous roles within Plymouth Rock also include Agency Services Manager and contributions to special projects for the CEO. Erin has extensive experience in communications and event planning, having worked as a Communications Specialist and Event Planner at Plymouth Rock and as an Administrative Manager at Chubb. Additionally, Erin co-founded BIG HEARTS TO LITTLE HEARTS, a charitable organization that raised over $500,000 for pediatric cardiac care. Earlier career experience includes teaching at St. Catharine School. Erin holds degrees from The Catholic University of America and Dominican University of California.
