Shirley Gidley has a diverse career spanning several decades, beginning as a Secretary at Bonne Terre Savings & Loan and Insurance Company from May 1953 to April 1956. Gidley served as the Executive Director of United Way of Marshall County from July 1985 to June 1993. Since August 1966, Gidley has been a Sub-teacher with Plymouth Community School Corporation. Gidley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College, earned between 1983 and 1985, and has pursued additional studies in various languages and arts. Current studies include conversational French, reflecting an ongoing commitment to learning.
