Angie Edwards-Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk, assurance, and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Head of Risk and Assurance and previously the Head of Customer Experience and Assurance at Plymouth Community Homes since November 2009, Angie oversees a Multi-Function Contact Centre and Planning function, supporting various organizational areas including Repairs. Prior to this role, Angie was the Group Support Manager at Plymouth City Council from 1998 to November 2009, providing high-quality business support to the Housing Department and managing Local Government Ombudsman enquiries. Additionally, Angie gained managerial and budgetary experience as the Assistant Support Services Manager at Community Services Devon from 1995 to 1998. Angie holds Companion Membership in Customer Service Management from the Institute of Customer Service and has participated in educational programs at Common Purpose and City College Plymouth.
