Silviu Stefan currently serves as the Merchants and Partnerships Director at Pluxee Romania, a position held since March 2022, where responsibilities include leading efforts in merchant and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Silviu accumulated extensive experience at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services from July 2003 to March 2022, advancing through various positions including National Sales Manager for Partners and Merchants and Incentive Solutions, as well as Senior Sales Representative. Silviu holds several certifications from Harvard Business School Online in areas such as Strategy, Global Business, and Business Strategy, alongside a Master's degree in Investments from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor's degree in Management & Marketing from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest.
