Adrian Chira is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business intelligence, education, banking, and personal branding. Currently serving as the Regional Data Manager and Business Intelligence Manager at Pluxee Romania, Adrian manages a data team supporting subsidiaries across five EU countries. Previously, as CEO of Education For All, Adrian implemented digital educational solutions for disadvantaged children in rural Romania. Other notable roles include BI Manager at the National Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, Board Member at Small Finance IFN, and various positions at Banca Comerciala Carpatica, including Senior Consultant and Director. Adrian's expertise extends to operational management, marketing, and leadership training, complemented by an extensive educational background including an Executive MBA and a Medical Doctor degree.
