Charton Sapinoso has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Charton started their career as a Computer Programmer II at the University of the Philippines in 2001. From there, they worked as a Junior Data Engineer at International Logging, where they set up and monitored sensors in an Oil Exploration Drilling Rig. Charton then moved on to eTelecare Global Solutions as a Technical Support Representative.

In 2005, Charton joined BIG Interactive as a Front-end Web Developer and gradually climbed the ladder, serving as a Web Developer, Senior Web Developer, and later as a Technical Lead. Charton led the architecture design, execution, and documentation of multiple projects for clients like Honda and Sony Pictures.

In 2009, Charton became the Co-Founder, President, and CEO of ISBX. Charton wore multiple hats during their time there, including Chief Technology Officer and Director of Technology.
