Annalise Hinkle MS, BCBA, LBA is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in Florida, currently serving as the Lead Behavior Scientist and Training Developer at PlusOne since December 2022. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Chroma Behavior Corp., Hinkle leads a behavioral health service organization that focuses on parent-centered, client-affirming services. Previous roles include Director of Behavioral Services at Mastercare Inc., Consultant for TEACHING IS A ROYAL ADVENTURE, INC., Student Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp., and Behavioral Health Technician at the Applied Behavior Center for Autism. Hinkle also held the position of Head Teaching Assistant at the University of Central Florida, overseeing the training of teaching assistants. Hinkle earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with a Specialization in Autism from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
