AAGAM SHAH has worked for various companies since 2011. In 2011, they worked for the Training and Placement Cell at L.D.C.E. as a Placement Co-ordinator for Batch 2012. AAGAM was responsible for planning and managing the event of placement activities, providing ease to the students as well as recruiters, and training and motivating juniors for the recruitment preparations. AAGAM also worked on a project titled "IR based product counter" as part of their curriculum in the 6th semester. Additionally, they worked on a project titled "DUAL AXIS AUTOMATIC SUN TRACKING SYSTEM" at Mamata Energy Pvt. Ltd. that year. From 2012 to 2018, they worked for L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited in various roles, such as Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management, Executive Engineer - Supply Chain Management, and Graduate Engineer Trainee. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Plushvie, the most advanced jewel-tech SaaS startup that brings jewellery images to life using AR (Augmented Reality) Video Call, PlushMeet.

AAGAM SHAH completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering between 2008 and 2012. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Additionally, they obtained an Entrepreneurship Bootcamp certification from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in September 2018.
