Paul Rostas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation. As Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Plus X Innovation since November 2018, Paul spearheads the establishment of collaborative commercial hubs that foster flexible workspaces for various communities. Prior roles include driving strategy development at U+I, directing business opportunities at Play Amigo Corporation, and holding significant positions in alternative funds and real estate at Liberum Capital, property derivatives at ICAP, and European equity sales at JP Morgan Securities. Paul's early career included impactful roles at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, NatWest Markets, Johnson & Johnson, and Unilever, where foundational skills were developed through a graduate training scheme. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Management Studies and French from the University of Bradford.
