Ivy Vasquez Sandoval has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Store Manager at Bath Junkie. In 2011, they became a Co-Manager and Makeup Artist at AMAR Cosmetics and then transitioned to an Assistant Manager position at Hot Topic. At Hot Topic, they implemented loss prevention measures and communicated with buyers to discuss fashion trends and business strategies. Ivy then joined Spencer's as an Assistant Manager in 2013 and later became the Store Manager/Traveling Store Manager at Earthbound Trading Company in 2014. In 2016, Ivy worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Lucky Brand before joining Instacart as an In-store Shopper in 2017. In 2020, they gained experience as a Software Developer Intern at Students + Startups and as a Software Development Intern at Enflux. Ivy's most recent work experience includes positions at Plus One Robotics, where they started as a Robotics Software Engineer Intern in Perception in 2021. Ivy then took on roles as a Software Development Engineer in Test - QA, a Robotics Software Engineer in Perception, and a Robotics Software Engineer in Autonomy. Currently, Ivy is a Robotics Software Engineer in Induction at Plus One Robotics, starting in August 2022.

Ivy completed their studies at San Antonio College in 2018, earning transfer credits towards a Bachelor's degree. In 2018, Ivy enrolled at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Computer Science, specifically focusing on Software Engineering and Data Science. Ivy successfully completed their degree program in 2020.
