Gabe Garza's work experience includes working as a Senior Electrical Engineer Systems at Plus One Robotics since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the CEO at Reckon Point LLC from May 2015 to August 2022. Gabe also worked as the CEO/Founder at ReckonPoint from January 2015 to August 2022. Before their roles in Reckon Point, Gabe Garza was a Senior Communications Engineer at MITRE, where they advised the DOD in supply chain management detection and analyzed advanced wireless waveforms. Gabe started working at MITRE in December 2013 and left in May 2015. Gabe Garza's work experience also includes serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at BAE Systems from January 2006 to May 2013, where they developed advanced Signal and Electronic Warfare systems for the DOD, including handheld units and airborne systems deployed on UAVs.

Gabe Garza pursued their education in the field of electrical engineering, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Southern Maine. This educational journey took place between the years 2001 and 2007. Later on, Gabe obtained a Master's Degree in Wireless Communications and Signal Processing from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, studying there from 2010 to 2013.
