Frank Sama is an experienced Business Analyst and Product Owner with a proven track record in leading various analysis and testing roles across multiple organizations in the energy sector. Currently employed at PLUS ES since March 2016, Frank has previously contributed to IDP Education Ltd and EnergyAustralia, where significant involvement included the EnergyAustralia Integration Program and leading user acceptance testing for substantial technology implementations. Frank's extensive testing experience also includes roles at AGL and TRUenergy, focusing on coaching and mentoring teams in testing processes.
