Kirk Hammond has been employed at Plus Dane Housing as a Customer Relations Officer since September 2013. In this role, Kirk manages the complaints process, works with Managers and Heads of service to resolve complaints, reports on complaint figures, and utilizes the information to help learn lessons. Prior to this, Kirk worked at Ageas in the UK from November 2010 to June 2013, starting as a Floating Support Worker and progressing to roles such as Customer Feedback Officer, Motor claims handler, and Household Claims Handler. Kirk pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Politics at the University of Lincoln from 2007 to 2010.
