Natali Cohen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance management, currently serving as a QA Compliance Manager and CMC at Pluri since October 2013. In this role, Natali is responsible for team management, overseeing company change controls, and managing quality aspects in clinical shipments and distribution. Prior positions at Pluri include QA lead, where responsibilities included supervising clinical shipments and managing change controls, as well as Projects & Validation Engineer and Biotechnology Engineer, focusing on system validation and aseptic production activities. Natali earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and recently completed a Master of Business Administration at Bar-Ilan University.
