Natali Cohen has extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance management, currently serving as QA Compliance Manager and CMC at Pluri since October 2013. Responsibilities include managing team dynamics, overseeing company change controls in GMP departments, and ensuring quality in clinical shipments. Previous roles at Pluri include QA lead and Projects & Validation Engineer, where Natali focused on validating systems and managing engineering projects within GMP facilities. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology Engineering from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, where initial research involved in-vitro characterization of osteoblasts and endothelial cells on heparin-peptide hydrogels. Early work experience includes roles in production at Golan Plastic Products.
