Rinku Razdan is a seasoned Senior Director of Software Engineering currently leading a team of over 100 engineers at Pluralsight since September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Pearson from July 2013 to March 2024, where Rinku managed innovative cloud-based platforms and led significant projects, including a direct-to-consumer reskilling initiative in Information Technology and the strategic integration of a new content platform. Rinku's career also encompasses various engineering roles at Lehman Brothers and other organizations, with a notable advancement to Assistant Vice President within 18 months. Rinku holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Project Management certification from the University of Colorado Boulder.
