Verner Uibo has extensive work experience in various positions. Verner began their career as an Accountant at MTÜ Pärnu JK Vaprus in 2004 and worked there until 2006. Verner then joined Pärnu Summer Cup as a Project Manager, responsible for organizing the largest annual youth football tournament in Pärnu. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Audit Director at PwC, where they worked for 16 years until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Finance at Plural, an early-stage investment fund focused on driving positive impact through technology.

Verner Uibo attended Pärnu Koidula Gymnasium from 1991 to 2002. Verner then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Tartu Pärnu College, graduating in 2006.
