Luis Santos has extensive experience in sales and account management, particularly within the public sector. As a Public Sector Account Manager at Dell Technologies since March 2017, Luis focuses on identifying opportunities and challenges in the Public Market while developing strategic foundations for future growth. Prior to this role, Luis spent a decade at HP, achieving a 50% sales increase over two years and managing a significant customer base. Earlier career stages include positions at IECISA, Compaq Computer Portugal, and roles in film and television as a Figuration & Extra-Character at Plural Entertainment. Luis holds a postgraduate degree in Public Procurement Law from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa and additional qualifications in management technology.
