Nicole Langhammer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nicole started their career in 2004 as an Event Employee at the Restaurant Schwangere Auster im Haus der Kulturen Berlin. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Accounting Assistant at OTU Eisen. In 2013, they became the Reception Manager at Rechtsanwälte Balcke Mandel Nanzka, where they stayed until 2015. Nicole then joined the Bundesnotarkammer as a Project Assistant in Travel Management from 2015 to 2016.

In 2017, Nicole became an Office Manager at viasto GmbH, a software company specializing in video interviewing solutions. Nicole worked there until 2018.

From 2018 to 2019, they served as an HR Manager at Leverate Media GmbH, a media agency.

In 2019, Nicole joined Quarters Co-Living as a People Operations Manager, where they focused on customer service and experience. Nicole stayed with the company until 2020.

In 2020, they joined iconmobile group, an international experience and innovation company, as a People Operations Partner. Nicole worked there until 2021.

From 2021 to 2023, Nicole worked as an HR Manager at HelloFresh, a company that provides homemade meals delivered to households.

Finally, in 2023, they joined Plunet as a People and Culture Manager, where they currently hold the role.

Nicole Langhammer began their education by obtaining their A-level (German Abitur) from Charlotte-Wolff-Kolleg Berlin from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a degree in Health Care Management Assistance, which they obtained from Comhard GmbH / MDK Berlin from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, in October 2019, Nicole obtained a certification in Grundlagen Lohnabrechnung from Haufe Akademie GmbH & Co. KG.
