Cindy Sheridan, CAE has a comprehensive work experience in various executive roles within the association industry. Cindy has recently been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors - National Association. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at PHCC Educational Foundation for over a decade. Cindy also held the position of Vice President of Member Services at Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors National Association. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as the Associate Director/Division Manager at Bank Marketing Association and as the Director of Membership & Marketing at Greater Washington Society of Association Executives.

Cindy Sheridan, CAE holds a Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from West Virginia University.
