Victor Vong is a co-founder and CTO at Plumber AI, where responsibilities include modernizing ticket triage for IT and Cybersecurity teams since February 2023. Previously, Victor held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Zoom from May 2022 to February 2023, and prior to that, served as a Staff Software Engineer at Solvvy, a company acquired by Zoom, from April 2020 to May 2022. From 2014 to 2020, Victor worked as a founder and software engineer at various companies. Victor Vong is an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley.
