Rahim Rajpar has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. Rahim began their career in 1998 as Marketing Manager at Morningstar, where they developed and implemented the firm's marketing strategy and introduced new promotional mediums. In 2001, they joined Manulife Financial as Manager of Brand Marketing & Segmentation, where they managed the agency relationship and developed quarterly advertising and media plans. In 2006, they joined John Hancock as CMO & Head of Direct to Consumer, where they led and grew from infancy, a transformational customer-centric direct to consumer strategy and roadmap. Rahim then served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Vice President of Personal Financial Services, and Sr. Director of Marketing, Retirement Plan Services. In 2020, they joined Hawthorne Advisors as Principal and Plum Life as Chief Marketing Officer & Co-Founder. In both roles, they have helped organizations start new businesses that leverage digital best practices, market insights, and innovative design.
Rahim Rajpar completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Politics from Western University between 1992 and 1997. Rahim then attended the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2005, where they completed an Executive School of Business focused on Building Brand Equity for Greater Profits.
