Jolien Kwant is a Senior HR Specialist at Plukon Food Group since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Prior to this, Jolien held various roles at Zorgspectrum Het Zand from June 2010 to May 2023, including Manager HR en Organisatieontwikkeling and Personeelsadviseur, where responsibilities included managing staff relationships, supporting performance management, and developing recruitment campaigns. Jolien's earlier experience includes working as a Personeelsconsulent at Carint Reggeland Groep, focusing on recruitment strategies and HR system improvements, and interning at Pilkington en Trivium where the focus was on positioning the HR department through marketing strategies. Jolien holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam and additional certifications in servant leadership and HR management.
