Kayo Marques has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2012, they began working as a Consultoría de Logística for João dos Santos Monteiro Me - Boys And Street. Their role included controlling and organizing inventory, inventories, and applying the ABC curve methodology. This was also the topic of their technical course in logistics. In 2013, they began working as an Analista de Logística for Liquidae. In 2017, they joined the Exército Brasileiro as a 3 Sgt Av Mnt - Mecânico de Helicóptero. During their time there, they acquired basic knowledge of militarism, such as military leadership, resistance, emotional control, etc. In 2022, they began working for Pluggy as a Business Development Manager and Sales Development Associate.

Kayo Marques has a diverse educational background. In 2011 and 2012, they attended ETEC DE SAPOPEMBA, where they completed a Técnico in Logística. In 2013 and 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Logística from Anhanguera Educacional. In 2017 and 2018, they completed an Ensino Técnico in Mecânico de aeronaves from Centro de instrução da aviação do Exército (CIAvEx).
