Tyson Nimick has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Tyson most recently worked at Plug Power as a Software Engineer / Historian Administrator starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Automation Systems Administrator at Regeneron from June 2021 to November 2022.

Their longest tenure was at GE Digital, where they held roles such as Staff Services Engineer and Senior Services Engineer from September 2015 to May 2020. In these positions, they were responsible for system interfaces, data flow architectures, and the design and implementation of industrial automation systems.

Before their time at GE Digital, Tyson worked at GE Intelligent Platforms as a Services Engineer from December 2007 to September 2015. Tyson also had a role as an Application Engineer at GE Fanuc Automation Americas Inc from April 2001 to December 2007, where they contributed to SCADA projects for automotive and manufacturing customers.

In the early years of their career, Tyson worked as a CIMPLICITY Technical Advisor at GE Fanuc from February 2000 to April 2001, providing technical guidance on SCADA systems in Japan. Tyson also worked as an Application Engineer at Rhi Consulting from November 1997 to February 2000.

The certifications were obtained between March 2022 and April 2022.
