Lauren Wood is currently working at Plug Power as a Sr. HR Field Partner. Prior to their current role, they served as the Human Resources Director at Contec LLC from July 2019 to October 2021. Before that, they worked as a Physician Recruiter at St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates from December 2018 to July 2019. From July 2014 to November 2018, they held the position of Manager, Physician Recruitment at Ellis Medicine. Lauren also has experience at MAXIMUS as a Talent Acquisition Manager/Sr. Generalist, Human Capital from April 2013 to July 2014 and at Davis Vision as a Human Resources Generalist from April 2010 to April 2013.

Lauren Wood, SCP holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism from Kansas State University. In addition, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification in December 2015.
