Salah-Eddine Outlit has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Salah-Eddine started their career as an Engineering Apprentice at United Emirate Group, where they gained skills in welding, painting, and the use of computer programs for technical data. Salah-Eddine then worked as a Third Engineer at the same company, where they focused on generating and adapting equipment and technology to meet user needs.

After that, Salah-Eddine worked as a Second Engineer at ONA Group, where they maintained service to various electrical systems and identified and solved complex problems. Salah-Eddine then had an internship as an Engineer at Siemens, where they assembled, installed, and maintained electrical wiring and equipment.

Following that, Salah-Eddine completed an engineering internship at Veolia Norden, where they conducted analysis and prepared technical documentation for electrical systems. Salah-Eddine also worked as an Engineering Intern at Shnieder Group, where they directed and trained workers and planned the layout and installation of electrical systems.

From 2012 to 2015, they studied at ISIB - Institut Supérieur Industriel de Bruxelles, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Technologies / techniciens en instrumentation et maintenance électromécanique. Prior to that, they attended Hogere Zeevaartschool Antwerpen from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor degree in Études maritimes. Additionally, from 2005 to 2007, Outlit studied at Ispm Agadir and received the degree of Lieutnant Mécanicien in Mécanique Naval.
