Keith D. has a solid work experience spanning over three decades. Keith began their career at Sixnet in 1989 as a Test Technician/Supervisor, where they established formalized test procedures and managed product throughput. Keith then transitioned to the role of Test Engineer, where they created and executed new product Design Validation test plans and developed automated production test programs. In 2004, Keith became an Engineering Manager at Sixnet, responsible for resource allocation and introducing a project time tracking system. During this time, they also participated in a multi-department development of a product development Phase Gate process. In 2010, Keith joined Red Lion Controls as a Test Engineering Manager, where they developed methods for remote administration and execution of product tests, coordinated the transfer of repair operations to a consolidated manufacturing site, and created LabVIEW/TestStand based automated tests. Currently, Keith serves as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Plug Power, leveraging their expertise to contribute to the company's success.

Keith D. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics at the Ohio Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1984. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained two certifications. In February 2020, Keith completed a certification in "Learn Industrial Automation" from LinkedIn. Keith also obtained a certification in "Learning Linux Shell Scripting" from LinkedIn during the same month and year.
