Jesús González Montero has a solid work experience in the field of facility management and business development. Jesús worked as a Sales Manager at Plug Power, where they focused on promoting green hydrogen production through PEM electrolyzers in Spain and Portugal. Prior to that, they were a Business Development Manager at Grupo Elecnor, with a focus on critical infrastructure management services and industrial project development. Jesús also has experience as a Facility Manager, where they managed various critical facilities of the public sector and developed expertise in electrical and climate facility management, fire protection, security systems, and project management. In addition, Jesús had an internship as a Facility Manager at Grupo Elecnor.

Jesús González Montero completed an Executive Program in Renewable Hydrogen at Escuela de Organización Industrial in 2021. In 2019, they attended Babson College for a course in Entrepreneurial Thought & Action®. From 2012 to 2019, Jesús studied at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they earned a Grado en Ingeniería degree in Chemical Engineering.
