J. Chris Hale has a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in designing battery storage systems and improving operational efficiency. J. Chris is currently working as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Plug Power, where they are responsible for designing and developing battery storage systems. Prior to this, they worked at Dynamic Control & Automation as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they contributed to the design and development of mechanical components. J. Chris also has experience as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Saft, where they collaborated with a cross-functional team to design and develop battery storage systems. Additionally, they worked as a Process Engineer at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, where they focused on improving operational efficiency through the implementation of Lean Principles and Six Sigma practices.

J. Chris Hale pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science in Intelligence from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Python 3 Programming Specialization from Coursera in October 2019.
