Joana Traver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product innovation, e-commerce, and commercial planning. Since February 2020, Joana has served as the Director of Product and Innovation and Head of Commercial Planning at foodspring, after holding the position of Market Manager for foodspring.es. Joana also works as an E-commerce Consultant in the slow-fashion and sustainability sector. Previously, Joana spent nearly five years at Wayfair as an E-commerce Manager, significantly impacting growth in the Textiles and Furniture categories. Earlier roles include Senior Buyer and Associate Buyer at Nal von Minden, Sales Manager for Spain and Latin America, and positions in project management and communications at Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals and Hill & Knowlton. Joana holds a Master of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and has completed further certifications in Strategy and Sustainability from IESE Business School and Arts and Heritage Management from Università Bocconi.
