Michael Roberts has work experience in various industries. Michael started their career at Firestone Complete Auto Care in 2017 as an Assistant Manager, where they worked until December 2018. In December 2018, they joined Farmers Insurance as a Licensed Insurance Agent and worked there until April 2021. In April 2021, they then transitioned to PLS Logistics Services as an Account Executive. Michael was later promoted to the role of Senior Account Executive in July 2022.

Michael Roberts attended Texas State University from 2011 to 2015, where they studied marketing. Michael obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent (Life, Health, Accident, HMO, Property and Casualty) from the Texas Department of Insurance in February 2019.
