Garrett Balas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Garrett started their career in 2009 as a Territory Manager intern at BeeGraphix, where they developed a strong understanding of the company's mission and product differentiators. Garrett visited customer locations to maintain inventory and relationships and successfully implemented a sales strategy to increase sales of new apparel products.
In 2010, Garrett joined PLS Logistics Services as an Account Executive Trainee. During their 90-day operational training period, they worked under a mentor and gained valuable experience. Garrett also underwent sales training for a week and built and managed key vendor relations to grow their mentor's book of business. Garrett qualified leads, cold called, scheduled meetings, built customer relationships, and managed and grew accounts.
After completing the trainee program, Garrett advanced to the position of Senior Account Executive at PLS Logistics Services in 2012. In this role, they excelled in various responsibilities, including qualifying leads, cold calling, closing deals, managing customer relationships, and providing team leadership on a daily basis. Garrett built and managed a significant book of business generating over 4.1MM in annual top-line revenue, consistently ranking in the top 10 percentile of the sales force.
Throughout their career, Garrett has demonstrated strong sales and customer relations skills, along with the ability to effectively manage accounts and lead teams.
Garrett Balas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a general focus, from PennWest California. Garrett attended this educational institution from 2005 to 2009.
