Sharon McDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and document management systems. Currently serving as a Training Consultant Manager at PlotBox since September 2019, Sharon leads the implementation and training team to enhance customer onboarding procedures and deliver effective solutions globally, often under tight project timelines. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of DMS & Document Applications Team Lead at Allen & Overy from September 2017 to April 2019, where accountability included overseeing the implementation of strategies, architecture, and standards for the Document Management System and related applications. Sharon's educational background includes an Ordinary Degree in Management and Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast and a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies from Birmingham City University.
