Chris Callen has had a varied and extensive work experience. In 2021, they became the Founder & CEO of PLOT Jobsite Management. In 2022, they were a Finalist '22 / Cohort 3 at BOOST. In 2020, they were the Head of Customer Success at TraceAir Technologies. In 2017, they were the Founder & CEO of Grit Virtual. In 2019, they were a Project Manager at VIATechnik, LLC. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Estimator / Project Manager at Builders Plus Construction. In 2012, they were an IT Enterprise System Analyst at Dish Network. In 2011, they were the President at Theta Chi Fraternity. From 2003 to 2009, they held multiple positions at Builders Plus Construction, where they gained valuable insight into the challenges and demands of owning and operating a business. In 2009, they were a Customer Assistant at Lowe's Home Improvement, where they utilized inventory software to maintain and locate a vast collection of materials and products, and translated customer needs into solutions.

Chris Callen attended Maize High School before graduating with a BS in Business Information Systems from The University of Kansas in 2012. Chris has also obtained four additional certifications, including the Leadership Elite Program from the Center for Management Development at Wichita State University in May 2014, a Master Certificate in Business and Project Management from World of Concrete in February 2014, and Certifications of Management in Building Information Modeling and Lean Construction from AGC of America.
