Michael Bardzinski has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Michael is currently working as a Principal Engineer at Plooto, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, from October 2021 to December 2022, they served as a Senior Principal Developer at Hootsuite. Michael also held the position of Principal Developer at Hootsuite from August 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Hootsuite, Michael worked at Avalara as a Principal Engineer from February 2016 to August 2020. Michael also served as the Chief Architect at Drum HQ, a division of NetDev Limited, from January 2012 to February 2016.

Michael's career started at Rediffusion Simulation, where they worked as a Developer from September 1988 to October 1990. Michael then worked at Analystic Ltd as a Senior Developer from October 1990 to October 1991, and later as a Team Leader from October 1991 to April 1994.

From 1994 to 2007, Michael worked at Ubiquity Software, starting as a Senior Developer and specializing in Unix + C Computer Telephony Integration applications. Michael moved to Java-based solutions in late 1995 and eventually became the head of Engineering, focusing on delivering Java-based CTI middleware.

After their tenure at Ubiquity Software, Michael joined Avaya as a Product Manager from February 2007 to September 2008.

In 2009, Michael co-founded NS-Technologies, a VoIP consultancy, where they served as the CEO and provided services and products to global telecommunication providers and network equipment vendors. NS-Technologies was later acquired by Dialogic in February 2015.

Michael Bardzinski attended Drayton Manor High School from 1978 to 1984. Michael then went on to study Computer Science at UCL, earning a B.Sc. degree from 1984 to 1988.
