Kevin Luzak has extensive work experience in strategy and business development. Kevin currently serves as the Director of Strategy at Plooto since March 2023. Prior to this, they were in the role of Business Development Strategy at Unstoppable Domains from November 2021 to February 2023. From August 2021 to August 2022, Kevin worked as a First 50 Fellow at On Deck. Kevin also worked at ecobee, where they held various positions, including Senior Manager of Strategic Analytics from August 2020 to November 2021 and Manager of Strategic Analytics from January 2019 to July 2020. Before that, Kevin worked at Monitor Deloitte as a Manager from September 2012 to November 2018. Kevin began their career as a Summer Intern at Monitor Group in 2011. Kevin also has research experience at Western University, where they received NSERC Student Research Awards in 2009 and 2010.

Kevin Luzak completed their education at Western University, where they pursued two degrees. From 2007 to 2012, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering Science (with distinction) in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, from 2009 to 2012, they attended the Ivey Business School at Western University and obtained an Honors Business Administration degree (with distinction) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
