Thomas Haverkort is an experienced project leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background in management across various industries. Since June 2022, Thomas has been leading projects at Ploegam, focusing on resource allocation and quality assurance. As the owner of Haverkort Management & Advies since January 2014, Thomas has successfully overseen numerous projects with rigorous planning. Previous roles include General Manager at Bitterzoet, where Thomas was responsible for quality management and employee oversight, and also at Dansen bij Jansen, enhancing service quality. Thomas co-owned Formule Plus Horeca-Uitzendbureau, contributing to growth in the hospitality staffing sector, and started as a shift leader at THREE SISTERS and The Force, managing teams effectively in both positions.
