Anthony Luce serves as the Plant Manager at Pliant Plastics Corporation since March 2023, responsible for managing daily operations and overseeing 150 associates in a three-shift manufacturing environment. Previous experience includes roles as Operations Manager at SCHERDEL Sales & Technology and Hilite International, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of plant operations, continuous improvement, and program launches. At Hilite, an Auto Tier1 manufacturing plant, Anthony managed operations for a facility with $165 million in annual sales and 400 associates. Earlier experience includes a Plant Manager position at GM Products and a Continuous Improvement Supervisor role at Baxter International Inc., focusing on Lean training. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a management major and human resources minor from Baker College, as well as an Associate of Science in Industrial Management from Muskegon Community College.
