Komal Sethi has extensive work experience in project and program management. They currently hold the position of Program Manager at Plexure, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Infosys from June 2017 to September 2022, where they held the role of Senior Project Manager. Before joining Infosys, they were an IT Program Manager at Refining NZ from March 2016 to May 2017. Komal Sethi also has previous experience at Infosys Ltd. as a Senior Project Manager from May 2013 to January 2016, and as a Project Manager from September 2008 to April 2013. Their earliest work experience was as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. from August 2001 to August 2006.

Komal Sethi's education history includes earning a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjab Technical University, which they completed from 1997 to 2001.
